As with every team in Amazon, we work backwards from the needs of customers to bring structure to ambiguous problems. As a Product Manager on this team, you will:
- Set the vision for your product space and outline a roadmap that impacts the customer experience and delivers incremental value to your business.
- Work with business leaders, scientists, engineers, and UX designers to translate business and functional requirements into concrete deliverables, including the design, development, testing, and deployment of infrastructure services and customer experiences at scale.
- Work on a variety of challenging problems that have the potential to significantly impact Amazon's business and customer experience.
- Manage prioritization and trade-offs for speed to market, performance, and features.
- Gain support for your strategy and roadmap from stakeholders by writing narratives and influencing peers and senior leadership.
- Create program goals and related metrics, track progress and manage through obstacles to achieve goals.
We are an interdisciplinary team of Product Managers, Engineers, and Scientists incubating and building day-one solutions to solve some of the toughest business problems at Amazon. From machine learning to generative AI, we leverage state-of-the-art technology to power our solutions. - 5+ years of product or program management, product marketing, business development or technology experience
- Experience managing technical products or online services
- Experience contributing to engineering discussions around technology decisions and strategy related to a product
- Experience in representing and advocating for a variety of critical customers and stakeholders during executive-level prioritization and planning
- Experience performing statistical analysis of data using SQL, Excel and other tools
- Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product
- Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition
- Experience with end to end product deliveryPREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS- Master's degree
- 5+ years of technical product or program management experience
- Experience in building and driving adoption of new tools

The base pay for this position ranges from $136,100/year in our lowest geographic market up to $235,200/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
