This position is in Dallas.MUST BE A U.S. CITIZEN - This position is located at a facility that requires special access. The selected candidate must be able to obtain a secret clearance.Basic Qualifications
- Proven track record of leading and transforming major program subcontracts, delivering high-quality solutions on time and within budget.
- Experience designing subcontract solutions, leading projects, and executing Supply Chain strategies as part of cross-functional teams.
- Leadership experience managing teams of 4-6 Subcontract Administrators/Managers.
- History of driving process improvements through innovative change implementation.
- Strategic decision-making skills, with a focus on delivering results.
- Excellent presentation skills, with experience preparing and delivering presentations to various audiences.
- Eligibility to obtain a US Security clearance.
- Ability to travel as required.
- Advanced degree in Business Strategy, Finance, or Engineering.
- Developing strategic partnerships and teaming agreements.
- Creating innovative contractual vehicles to drive results.
- Developing performance-based subcontracting strategies.
- Contracting strategies and FAR regulations.
- Lockheed Martin Acquisition Process (LMAP) and Procure-to-Pay (P2P) Supply Chain Navigation (SC NAV) systems.
- Experience managing supplier capacity efforts.
- Experience managing cost type subcontracts.
