Compensation: $80,000 – $110,000/ yr. depending on experience and an annual, discretionary bonus programLocation: Chesterfield, MO – Full-Time/On-SiteKey Responsibilities:
Lead and manage the design and development of residential architectural projects from concept to completion
Develop detailed architectural plans, construction drawings, and specifications
Coordinate with in-house land development, design, estimating, purchasing, engineers, and field staff
Proficiency in CAD software and ability to teach software libraries and efficiencies
Quality control of all work by others and self-performed work
Conduct site visits to monitor project progress and ensure design compliance
Qualifications:
Registered Architect or the ability to obtain licensure in the State of Missouri within 6 months of hiring
5+ years of experience in architectural design, 3 years minimum residential experience
Proficiency in architectural design software, including AutoCAD, Revit, Sketchup, and Adobe Creative Suite
Solid understanding of residential building codes and zoning ordinances
