- PLCs (Allen Bradley, Siemens, B&R, Beckhoff)
- HMI
- Mechanical systems (bearing, alignment, chains, belts)
- Pneumatics and hydraulics
- Design and fabricating is a plus but not required
- Preventive & predictive maintenance on production machinery
- Mill and Lathe experience is a plus but not required
- Fanuc/Robot experience is a plus
- Experience using a CMMS system
- Conveyor systems
- Works safely and follows all related policies and programs to assure a safe working environment.
- Reading blueprints, diagrams, electrical schematic and hydraulic drawings to determine work requirements
- Install, align, dismantle, and move stationary industrial machinery and mechanical equipment, such as pumps, fans, tanks, and conveyors according to layout plans using hand and power tools
- Inspect and examine machinery and equipment to detect and find irregularities and malfunctions
- Install, troubleshoot and maintain power transmission, vacuum, hydraulic and pneumatic systems
- Adjust machinery and troubleshoot defective parts
- Operate hoisting and lifting devices, such as cranes, jacks and forklifts, to position machinery and parts during the installation, set-up and repair of machinery
- Clean, lubricate and perform other routine maintenance/preventative work on machinery
- Other job tasks and projects as assigned
