Minimum 18 yrs. age required; High School diploma or equivalent required; graduation from a technical program preferred.
Maintenance related experience required.
Valid New York Drivers License and clean driving record required.
Ability to supervise and manage staff and work cooperatively with others required.
Competency in skills of plumbing, heating and air conditioning, electrical systems, carpentry and general building maintenance necessary.
Knowledge of appropriate building regulations preferred.
Ability to read and interpret blueprints necessary.
Working knowledge of infection control and safety measures required.
Knowledge in Microsoft Office programs preferred
Flexibility in work schedule, and willingness to provide services in a helpful and timely manner required.
