Reviews and recommends objectives and procedures; administers policies as they affect the operational and product areas. Identifies operational and product needs and communicates to the Portfolio Manager. Monitors and analyzes relationship plan results and account activities. Develops solutions for problem accounts.REPORTING / DATA QUALITYProducing and monitoring weekly reporting that outlines accomplishments, opportunities, and risk.Request ad-hoc reporting and analysis as neededPrepare equipment forecasting and partnering with external/internal stakeholders to ensure parties are aligned.INTERNAL COMMUNICATIONSWorks with internal teams to understand product roadmaps, product changes and updates, product developments, product release cycles, card brand updates, and policy changes.Attends weekly/monthly product calls and tracks developments.Researches, collects, and organizes product information into a presentable/organized format.PROJECTS:Coordinates project activities with internal/external stakeholders and track multiple parallel projects to plan.
