- Work with the Benefits manager on building and executing the Wellness strategy across our U.S. subsidiaries.
- Attend vendor meetings to ensure they are delivering on account management, member experience and engagement.
- Assist in the planning and execution of Wellness Events and activities such as company annual biometric screenings/vaccine clinics and employee information sessions. Including, but not limited to vendor selection, space requirements, employee giveaways, activities and shipping printed communication materials to ensure and enhance the employee experience.
- Arrange meetings with HR sites to review logistics of event.
- Prepare and ship wellness box for each site.
- Attend the wellness events at multiple Fujifilm sites and answer employee questions around the Fujifilm Benefit plans as well as help set up and break down the event. Represent the Corporate Benefits Department ensuring we are always professional and courteous.
- Travel requirement: 25-30%.
- Work with external wellness coordinators on communicating with the Wellness Champions across our US subsidiaries and assist in running the monthly calls.
- Wellness basket ordering, tracking and reporting to payroll.
- Serves as liaison with wellness vendors on wellness initiatives.
- Run and obtain reports from vendors on utilization.
- Manage distribution and stock of promotional Item giveaways for wellness events via warehouse software and internal stockroom.
- Wellness Wednesdays – work with Wellness vendor to secure facilitators and topics, arrange the meeting links and work with Willis Towers Watson and Airbo to communicate to employees the monthly speakers and topics.
- Rewards Cash reporting to Personify Health for webinars, i.e. Go Red, Women’s and Men’s Health events.
- Responsible for creating employee communications on wellness initiatives. Accurately and professionally disseminating wellness and benefit information to employees via intranet, e-mail, Airbo, newsletters and social media.
- Life Event Birth – Distribution of the congratulations letter and Fujifilm Onesies.
- Event Software – work with team on updating this wellness website information for the sites as well as updating any details sites might need assistance with.
- Update Fujifilm Benefits content on wellness vendor website.
- Other projects/responsibilities may be added at the manager’s discretion.
- A commitment to excellence in responding to and resolving employee benefit inquiries and issues. This includes daily contact with employees, Benefits, Human Resources and vendors.
- Promptly answer daily incoming calls and emails of all FUJIFLM employees.
- Responsible for the accurate and timely response to employee questions regarding Benefits and Payroll for all U.S. subsidiaries.
- Work with other Customer Service Representatives to ensure timeliness, accuracy and consistency of response.
- Escalate Tier 2 issues to Benefits Managers, Payroll Administrators via Case Management or immediately, if necessary.
- Log cases and activity to the case management system on a timely basis.
- New Hire, dependent verification, and life event reporting in Empyrean benefits system.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in related area.
- 3+ years of experience in a benefits role.
- Strong customer service skills.
- Knowledge of employee benefits (group health, dental, vision, short-term and long-term disability, life insurance, 401(k), flexible spending accounts, COBRA, ERISA, ACA, HIPAA.
- Computer skills; must have Excel and Word.
