The Project Manager will oversee the planning, execution, and completion of Class A office interior construction projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. This role involves coordinating with clients, contractors, and internal teams while managing resources, schedules, and project progress to successfully deliver high-end workplace environments.
  • Oversee planning, execution, and delivery of Class A office interior construction projects.
  • Manage project budgets, schedules, and resources to ensure timely and cost-effective completion.
  • Coordinate with clients, design teams, contractors, and internal staff to align on project goals.
  • Review and approve RFIs, submittals, change orders, and other project documentation.
  • Lead project meetings, track progress, and proactively resolve issues.
  • Ensure adherence to quality standards, safety requirements, and building codes.
  • Oversee closeout activities, including punch lists, warranties, and final documentation.
