  • Coordinates day-to-day production activities, ensuring quality and efficiency of work.
  • Provides subject matter guidance and training to team members on new or updated processes and standards.
  • Liaises with all departments to ensure smooth receipt, picking, shipping and delivery of goods, acting as a key point of contact for the team.
  • Analyzes data to identify areas of improvement within own area of responsibility and implements measures to improve the efficiency of the team.
  • Ensure warehouse space is kept clean and orderly.
  • Trained, proficient, and able to assist in productive roles within own area of supervision.
  • Adhere to Company compliance and Health Safety and Environment (HSE) policies, procedures, and requirements.
  • Regular and reliable attendance
  • Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
  • A background in warehouse operations
  • Organizational skills
  • Good judgment and decision-making abilities
  • Great communication skills
  • Working knowledge of safety regulations and procedures
  • Product knowledge or the ability to quickly learn it
  • General computer skills for basic data entry
  • Forklift Operator experience
