- Assist in the development and implementation of event marketing strategies during the course of each event; this includes running all on-site logistics including sales, marketing, outreach and engagement
- Monitor and analyze event performance metrics and provide post-event reports to evaluate the success of our marketing and promotional event efforts
- Stay up to date with client information, outreach initiatives and milestones
- Collaborate with team members to ensure our clients brand development and outreach goals are met
- Maintain event compliance and stay up to date on all standards and expectations
- Build and maintain positive working relationships with the consumers, clients, and other team members
- Give promotional presentations to prospective customers with the goal of growing our clients brand awareness
- Previous experience as a brand ambassador OR experience in a marketing, sales or hospitality based role preferred but not required
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- Reliable, natural problem solver, and can think on your feet in a high-energy environment
- Someone who is looking to develop others
- Must possess a strong student mentality and willingness to learn
