- Drive the planning and execution of personalized email campaigns—everything from new product launches and promotions to lifecycle journeys and seasonal campaigns.
- Build, audit, and optimize automated flows to reduce churn, increase subscription upgrades, and drive repeat purchases.
- Collaborate with design and marketing teams to deliver polished, on-brand campaigns that put the customer first.
- Leverage customer insights and behavior to deliver highly relevant and personalized communications.
- Run A/B tests to optimize subject lines, promotions, timing, and frequency for maximum engagement.
- Monitor KPIs and translate performance data into actionable insights and recommendations.
- Support the growth of our subscription program with targeted campaigns, win-back flows, and messaging that emphasizes value.
- Partner with the Director of Retention to execute loyalty program communications that highlight benefits and rewards.
- Continuously test, measure, and refine tactics to increase participation and lifetime value.
- Foster a culture of experimentation, innovation, and learning in retention marketing.
- Stay on top of industry trends and apply best practices across email, subscription, and loyalty.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (advanced degree a plus).
- 5+ years of experience in email marketing, preferably in eCommerce/CPG.
- Hands-on expertise with Klaviyo, including campaign and flow management.
- Strong knowledge of customer segmentation, journey mapping, and lifecycle marketing.
- Analytical mindset with a proven ability to turn data into insights and results.
- Creative thinker with excellent writing, communication, and collaboration skills.
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and adaptable.
- Familiarity with CBD, CPG and/ or wellness industries is a plus.
