- Set up and operate wire drawing machines.
- Change out carriers in a safe manner.
- Responsible for meeting production rates and quality standards.
- Perform basic machine troubleshooting.
- Perform preventative maintenance on machinery.
- Perform all tasks assigned by Supervisor, prioritizing safety above all else.
- Perform plant housekeeping duties as needed.
- Must be organized and able to multi-task.
- Must exhibit strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Must understand diameters of wire.
- Ability to read a mic.
- At least one-year operating machinery in a manufacturing environment is required.
