Responsibilities
  • Processes commercial loan documentation following the Bank’s Loan Policy, operating procedures and industry best practices.
  • Assists Commercial Bankers and loan servicing team members with operational support related to compliance, policy, and related requirements.
  • Reviews incoming loan requests for completeness and data accuracy.
  • Uses the loan document imaging system to validate information on loan requests.
  • Performs pre-closing compliance reviews including the following regulatory guidance under:
  • Flood Insurance under the National Flood Insurance Program (“NFPA”);
  • Regulation B;
  • Home Mortgage Disclosure Act (“HMDA”);
  • Community Reinvestment Act (“CRA”);
  • Beneficial Ownership;
  • Customer Identification Program (“CIP”).
  • Verifies loan approval prior to producing loan documentation.
  • Prepares upload directions for Loan Operations.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
  • High school degree or equivalent with some related work experience.
  • In addition to education in business or related field, 6 months to 1 year of experience in a loan support related role is preferred.
  • Banking or financial experience is also preferred.
CompensationHiring Pay Range: $22.00 - $26.00/hourThe starting pay range for this position is commensurate with experience. The compensation offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors including skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
