Processes commercial loan documentation following the Bank’s Loan Policy, operating procedures and industry best practices.
Assists Commercial Bankers and loan servicing team members with operational support related to compliance, policy, and related requirements.
Reviews incoming loan requests for completeness and data accuracy.
Uses the loan document imaging system to validate information on loan requests.
Performs pre-closing compliance reviews including the following regulatory guidance under:
Flood Insurance under the National Flood Insurance Program (“NFPA”);
Regulation B;
Home Mortgage Disclosure Act (“HMDA”);
Community Reinvestment Act (“CRA”);
Beneficial Ownership;
Customer Identification Program (“CIP”).
Verifies loan approval prior to producing loan documentation.
Prepares upload directions for Loan Operations.
Performs other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
High school degree or equivalent with some related work experience.
In addition to education in business or related field, 6 months to 1 year of experience in a loan support related role is preferred.
Banking or financial experience is also preferred.
CompensationHiring Pay Range: $22.00 - $26.00/hourThe starting pay range for this position is commensurate with experience. The compensation offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors including skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
