- Lead requirements gathering and process analysis for HL7-based data integrations and automation opportunities.
- Facilitate discovery workshops with stakeholders to identify automation and integration use cases, including API-driven workflows.
- Collaborate with development teams to design and implement HL7 interfaces and RESTful APIs for system interoperability.
- Create detailed automation and integration design documents to support development and decision-making.
- Develop business cases for automation and integration projects, including ROI analysis and success metrics.
- Track and monitor KPIs for each automation and integration initiative to ensure benefit realization.
- Assist in building and maintaining an automation and integration roadmap aligned with business priorities.
- Communicate clearly and professionally with stakeholders across technical and non-technical teams.
- Maintain a high-level of HL7 standards, and Revenue Cycle Management systems.
- Ensure compliance with data privacy and security standards in all integration and automation efforts.
- 3 to 6 years of experience in business analysis and healthcare data integration.
- Professional experience working within a Product Management discipline environment to support initiatives.
- Demonstrated experience working within agile methodologies using tools like Aha!, conducting in-depth analytical research, and effectively managing multiple high-priority initiatives simultaneously.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Health Informatics, or related field—or equivalent experience.
- Hands-on experience with HL7 and healthcare interoperability standards.
- Experience with API development and integration (REST, SOAP).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, process mapping tools, and SQL.
- Experience in Revenue Cycle or healthcare operations preferred.
- Lean Six Sigma Green or Black Belt or CRCR certification.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work collaboratively across teams.
- This position pays between $62,500 - $119,700 based on experience
