The HR Account Representative provides tier-one HR consulting on straightforward issues, anticipates partner and client needs, and helps streamline workflows.
  • Client Service & HR Support: Provide tier-one HR consulting on straightforward compliance, policy, and leave questions; monitor HRBP communications; and set clear expectations with clients while escalating issues as needed.
  • Project & Task Management: Track projects, deliverables, deadlines; maintain task lists and dashboards; support preparation of presentations, questionnaires, and training materials; and help streamline workflows.
  • Calendar & Meeting Coordination: Schedule and manage internal and client meetings, prepare agendas and materials, track action items, and coordinate logistics.
  • Administrative Operations: Manage billing prep, documentation, and client records to ensure accuracy and efficiency while reducing administrative burden for HRBPs.
  • Team Contribution: Anticipate needs, collaborate with colleagues, and demonstrate professionalism, discretion, and service excellence in all interactions.
Who you’ll work with:Senior Strategic HR Partners, internal teams and clients (as necessary).Required experience and skills:
  • Bachelor’s degree is preferred, in human resource management or related field or equivalent combination of education, training and experience.
  • Two to three years of proven experience in handling human resources matters.
  • This role requires a fast-paced, highly organized individual with strong follow-through, a proactive mindset, and comfort managing input from multiple senior team members. It closely mirrors the support style of an executive assistant — the ideal candidate can absorb direction quickly and operate independently.
  • Demonstrates a high level of professionalism and service excellence by responding with urgency, accuracy, and follow-through, anticipating needs, maintaining confidentiality, and supporting both clients and internal Senior Strategic HR Partners with a proactive, solution-oriented mindset.
Preferred skills and certifications:While this position does not require any certificates, licenses, or registrations, SHRM or HRCI certification is preferred.Don’t meet every requirement? The starting salary for this role ranges from $30.00-$33.50/hour based on skills/knowledge, years of experience, and ensuring pay equity within the organization.
