Job Overview:We are seeking a skilled Front-End Developer to design and develop user-facing dashboards and web interfaces for a large-scale, cloud-hosted platform that supports healthcare program monitoring and reporting. This role will focus on delivering responsive, intuitive, and accessible front-end experiences that visualize complex datasets related to healthcare quality, provider performance, and compliance. You’ll work alongside backend developers, data analysts, and cloud engineers to support the creation of modern tools that inform high-level decisions and public program oversight.Responsibilities:
  • Design and develop clean, responsive, and accessible web interfaces for dashboards and data visualizations
  • Collaborate with technical and functional teams to turn data and reporting requirements into user-friendly interfaces
  • Integrate APIs and backend services to display real-time and historical data within the platform
  • Optimize front-end performance for speed, scalability, and accessibility (WCAG/Section 508 compliance)
  • Participate in code reviews, testing, and UI/UX improvements across the platform
  • Contribute to component libraries and front-end development standards to ensure consistency
Qualifications:
  • 3+ years of experience in front-end development using frameworks such as React, Angular, or Vue.js
  • Strong skills in HTML5, CSS3/SASS, and JavaScript/TypeScript
  • Experience integrating front ends with RESTful APIs and working with dynamic data visualizations
  • Familiarity with charting libraries (e.g., D3.js, Chart.js, Recharts) and front-end state management
  • Understanding of accessibility standards and cross-browser compatibility best practices
  • Experience working within Agile or Scrum development environments
Preferred:
  • Experience building dashboards for healthcare, government, or regulated industries
  • Exposure to data platforms or cloud services (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
  • Familiarity with healthcare-related metrics (e.g., HEDIS, CAHPS, performance reporting)
