- Execute Lean Six Sigma methods to deliver process improvements for the Bank, with measureable and maximum impact.
- Partner with technology and functional business partners to identify opportunities and execute the implementation of process improvement projects.
- Ensure a cross-functional, collaborative and customer-focused perspective drives all improvement efforts.
- Track and transparently report the impact of projects to ensure continued and sustained gains from improvement work.
- Provide fact-based insight and foresight which may lead to optimization project recommendations.
- Leverage objective, data-driven Lean Six Sigma tools and methods in all process improvement work.
- Execute all tasks with high-quality, timely delivery. Manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Maintain a constant vigilance to identify, quantify, and assess current and evolving best practices.
- Coach others in the practical use of Lean Six Sigma tools and methods.
- Other duties as assigned.
- Experience in delivering business results through process improvement projects.
- Proven experience in change management and team building.
- Excellent written and verbal presentation skills.
- Business analysis experience.
- Banking knowledge preferred.
- Ability to present to senior management on sensitive subject matters.
- Ability to lead and facilitate large groups toward the development of common solutions.
- Proficient with MS-Windows and other related PC applications.
- Knowledge of data analysis applications.
- Working knowledge of process improvement tools.
