This Chief Engineer will act as subject matter expert with the flexibility to apply their expertise to different product lines within the aerospace division. Bachelor's degree in Engineering from an accredited institution is required. Minimum 10 years of experience within aerospace or a high-tech industry with new product development and sustaining support. Minimum 5 years' experience in mechanical components and/or systems. You must be a U.S. citizen to be eligible and considered for this position pursuant to applicable U.S. Federal Government contract requirements. Advanced Engineering degree from an accredited institution. 15 years of experience within aerospace industry with new product development and sustaining support - specific to Environmental aerial refueling or actuation systems System or sub-system development leadership within a highly complex mechanical system inclusive of electrical components Strong analytical skills covering multiple areas of engineering (mechanical design, test, project management, structural analysis, fluid analysis, electrical design). Strong communication and collaboration with engineers, engineering leadership, suppliers and customers.
