Key ResponsibilitiesOperate production machines safely and efficientlyRead and follow job specifications, adjusting settings as neededLoad materials onto machines in proper sequenceMonitor machine operations, ensuring compliance with production standardsMaintain machine functionality through routine preventive maintenanceWork closely with Quality Assurance to meet product specificationsComplete accurate documentation and data entryUse measuring devices such as calipers, tape measures, and micrometersMaintain a clean and organized work areaAdhere to all safety guidelines, including Lockout/Tag-out procedures and use of machine guardsParticipate in ongoing training and improvement effortRequirementsHigh School diploma or GED preferredMinimum 1 year of experience operating production machineryAbility to lift up to 50 pounds regularlyComfortable working around machinery in a fast-paced environmentStrong attention to detail and troubleshooting skillsAble to work independently and follow instructionsGood verbal and written communication in EnglishNormal color vision and correctable eyesight to 20/20Willingness to work overtime as neededMalone Workforce Solutions is an Equal Employment Opportunity Employer Associate Benefits: Medical Plan (including MEC, MEC Plus and MVP plans), Dental and other ancillary products* provided through Essential StaffCARE.
