This role collaborates across business and IT teams to ensure technology solutions align with business goals, drive innovation, and support continuous improvement.Key Responsibilities
  • Design and develop scalable, secure, and high-performing system architectures for generic pharmaceutical operations.
  • Translate business requirements into technical specifications and architectural designs.
  • Lead system enhancements and modernization initiatives.
  • Provide technical mentorship to junior architects and developers.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and delivery of technology solutions.
  • Promote innovation and continuous improvement in architecture practices.
Minimum Qualifications8+ years of experience in IT architecture roles, preferably in pharmaceutical or healthcare domains.Critical Skills
  • Expertise in scalable architecture design and process optimization.
  • Strong leadership and mentoring capabilities.
  • Strategic thinking and problem-solving.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Experience with system integration and enterprise architecture frameworks.
  • Deep SQL Server experience (stored procedures, views, functions, table design).
  • Exposure to modern cloud database platforms (Azure preferred; GCP acceptable).
  • Familiarity with Databricks, MongoDB, and Snowflake is a plus.
  • Proficiency in SSIS, SSRS, and SSAS.
Education:Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (Master’s preferred)Please note that only candidates authorized to work in the US will be considered for this position.
