Job Description:Role: Program Manager with Artificial Intelligence expWe are looking for a Senior Technical Program Manager working under the direction of the Central Program Management Office CPMO to champion complex AMLG team initiatives across cross functional teams. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background in machine learning and AI systems exceptional program management skills and the ability to drive alignment across engineering research and product stakeholders. Experience as an engineer or in a technical product facing role is a plusResponsibilities:
  • End to end delivery of AIML programs from planning through execution including defining scope setting timelines identifying risks and ensuring stakeholder alignment
  • Collaborate with data scientists ML engineer’s product managers and other stakeholders to ensure project requirements are well understood and translated into technical plans
  • Engage in recurring synchronization forum to drive cross functional coordination and facilitate communication between engineering research product and business teams
  • Help define and manage roadmaps OKRs milestones and internal delivery estimates for AIML initiatives
  • Conduct recurring evaluations of code quality and measure deviation against baseline performance metrics Assess and track technical progress by reviewing GitHub repositories Jupyter notebooks and code artifacts to evaluate current development status model performance and alignment with project milestones
  • Proactively identify when the team is veering off track and apply contextual judgment to nudge or realign efforts with preliminary timelines and program objectives ensuring forward momentum without disrupting team autonomy
  • Leverage deep technical understanding of AIML workflows to support target timelines proactively manage expectations and effectively communicate rationale and complexity to cross functional stakeholders
  • Research technical specifications and product documentation collaborating with product owners and engineering leads to ensure Jira Epics and Features accurately reflect business needs desired outcomes and clear acceptance criteria
  • Develop and maintain a risk register to monitor track and mitigate technical and delivery risks
  • Champion agile methodologies and support scrum ceremonies as needed
  • Track and provide visibility into long range planning activities and facilitate reporting
  • Support product lifecycle decisions and assist in translating business goals into AI capabilities especially in earlystage product development
Required Areas of Expertise
  • 5+ years of experience in technical program management technical product management or engineering project leadership preferably in AIML or dataintensive environments
  • Strong technical understanding of AIML technologies model development and deployment pipelines
  • Proven track record of leading technical programs with distributed teams
  • Excellent verbal and written communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Maintain a strong connection with the AIML team to stay attuned to team dynamics while facilitating seamless cross functional communication and adapting collaboration styles to meet evolving program needs
  • Familiarity with agile development processes Scrum Kanban with the ability to be flexible in methodologies
  • Bachelors or Masters degree or relevant experience and or certifications in Computer Science Engineering or a related field advanced degrees or certifications in AIML a plus
Nice to Have
  • Experience working with MLOps tools and cloud platforms eg GitHub AWS GCP Azure
  • Prior experience as an engineer or close collaboration with product teams
  • Ability to contribute to product strategy roadmap planning and backlog management
  • Familiarity with data labeling model evaluation and AB testing for ML products
