
Nuuly Managing Stylist

- Ownership & execution of developing inspiring, on-brand, and on-trend looks daily for direct product photography and creative imagery
- Have an excellent understanding of the variety of Nuuly customers, relevant trends, technical fit on model, and overall business needs
- Manage a team of assistant and associate stylists with clear expectations, ensuring the outfits styled and daily tasks are being performed to standard and processes are current and up to date.
- Lead in a positive and effective way by clearly communicating styling direction with a pov specific to nuuly and empowering the stylists with direct feedback
- Oversee the seasonal studio creative styling process in it’s entirety from planning through execution - consult with Sr. Stylist for overarching seasonal styling direction
- Consistently style 60-100 ecom looks per week
- Partner with on-set teams—including photographers, digital techs, stylists, and hair & makeup artists—to ensure seamless production.
- Collaborate with cross-functional partners (Buyers, MAs, Sample Coordinator) to maintain accurate product information and styling execution.
- Maintain the styling closet by purchasing seasonally appropriate and on trend accessories including shoes, jewelry, and layering pieces
- Work with Sr. Stylist to maintain and manage styling budget
- 5+ years of on set, on model styling experience in an e-commerce setting with portfolio
- 3+ years of people management experience
- Able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Strong ability to identify and forecast trends, with a distinct point of view that aligns with Nuuly’s customer.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented, with strong time management skills.
- Adaptable and positive in a fast-paced, feedback-driven environment.
- Self-motivated and solutions-oriented, with the ability to work both collaboratively and independently.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office; familiarity with Figma a plus.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Fashion, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent relevant work experience.
