Known for their collaborative culture and long-term client relationships, this firm is growing and looking to bring on an Investment Reporting Analyst to support critical reporting, data integrity, and operational initiatives.About the RoleThis is an exciting opportunity to join a high-performing team where your work directly impacts both internal strategy and the client experience. You'll be responsible for ensuring clean, accurate financial data and reporting across client portfolios, assisting with platform maintenance, and supporting portfolio management teams with data-driven insights.Key ResponsibilitiesMaintain and validate custodial and investment data across reporting systemsAssist in configuring and maintaining account details and security-level attributesPrepare, review, and distribute client reports (performance, allocations, and cash flow summaries)Reconcile data across platforms, with a particular focus on alternative investmentsCollaborate with internal stakeholders to support portfolio reviews and custom reportingSupport process improvements by leveraging business intelligence tools and automationWhat We're Looking For2-3 years of experience in finance, investment operations, or a related analytical roleBachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or similar fieldExperience working with financial reporting systems (Addepar or comparable tools preferred)Strong Excel skills and the ability to adapt quickly to new softwareDetail-oriented with a high standard of accuracyStrong communication and problem-solving skillsProactive, collaborative, and excited to grow within a tight-knit, high-performing teamWhy This Role?
