- Work closely with the implementation and customer success teams to launch new customers and expand existing customer integrations
- Work collaboratively and cohesively with Sales, Success, Product, Engineering, and other cross-functional teams to make our customers successful
- Help prospects and customers understand and document how to use Extole's platform ability to effectively meet their goals;
- Extole has a robust platform, you'll understand the customer’s goal, and advice on using tags, APIs, files, webhooks, and other technology
- Manage end-to-end implementation of Extole’s technology into the tech stacks of large global enterprises: Leverage your understanding of mobile and web technology to help customers execute their desired use cases & discover new use cases;
- Participate in customer meetings and calls to lead customer technical teams through effective solutions and implementation;
- Prepare and deliver solution designs and technical presentations that explain the product and implementation to customers
- Manage all technical aspects of RFP responses and security reviews
- Help customers troubleshoot the implementation of the product within their systems
- Apply industry/domain/technology expertise to customer implementations and partner integrations
- Gather intelligent product feedback and recommendations from customers to design and inform new features and capabilities
- Looking for candidates with 6+ years of experience in a customer-facing technical role
- Experience working with large enterprise customers and understanding how to move projects forward
- MarTech knowledge a plus along with experience integrating with common industry platforms (Salesforce, Segment, Klaviyo, etc.)
- Video call presence: enthusiastic and high energy, but also poised, confident, and extremely professional
- Innovative and assertive, with the ability to pick up new technologies and assess situations quickly
- Exercises listening, takes time to truly understand customer needs and address them
- Track record of delivering results in a dynamic environment
- Experience working cross-functionally, ideally with Success, Engineering, and Product
- Strong sense of ownership and high attention to detail
- Creative and analytical problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work on several projects simultaneously and meet stated quality objectives
- You should be familiar with HTML/CSS
- You should be able to write and understand basic JavaScript
- You should be comfortable using UNIX/macOS terminal
- A Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or Computer Engineering a plus
