Sets up and breaks down serving stations. Inventories and orders food and supplies following menus. Ensures tasks are completed when manager is not available. Directs the efforts of others.Qualifications:
  • Certifications: NWA: ServSafe Food Handler Certificate(or State equivalent) within 90 days of hire.
  • Other: Good communication skills required. Must be able to multi-task several duties at once and possess ability to work quickly while maintaining accuracy.
