This role involves planning and developing individual and group exercise programs for maintenance therapy, providing a comprehensive physical therapy program, and ensuring high standards of patient care.Duties and Responsibilities:Collect and document patient data, identify problems, and set prioritiesDevelop care plans with measurable goals and interdisciplinary collaborationProvide and document prescribed treatments, ensuring adherence to standardsEducate patients and families on rehabilitation needs and interventionsSupervise aides and staff, ensuring cost-effective rehabilitation practiceParticipate in interdisciplinary team meetings and care planningEffective teamwork and communication with the teamMaintain patient confidentiality.Other duties as assignedEssential Requirements:Must be a Licensed Physical Therapist in California1-year of Physical Therapy experienceReliable transportation, valid driver's license, and required auto insuranceMust have a clean background
