- Organize products efficiently and accurately with moderate to minimal supervision, while validating quality and producing an output that is thorough and exact to aid production in executing delivery to customer.
- Implement and use inventory control methods for product/component accuracy on production floor via Kanban's and point of use.
- Safely move materials throughout the facility in support of operations in a clean room environment.
- Aid in investigation of inventory issues for root cause and long-term correction implementation.
- Utilize inventory controls to track, retrieve, process and deliver to production areas with high urgency.
- Work closely with other areas of logistics and production to standardize processes of inventory control.
- Perform in a fast-paced manufacturing environment, while maintaining high quality and on-time delivery
- Support all areas of the production and area's holding inventory.
- Perform data collection effectively by using Microsoft Office products and current data collection methods
- Maintain, control and monitor inventory and perform transactions utilizing our inventory control system with a high level of accuracy
- Experience in Material Handling operations preferred.
- Experience and/or certification in operating material-handling equipment preferred.
- Forklift certification highly preferred
- Ability to adhere to attendance, safety, quality, and performance guidelines.
- Experience with computer systems (MS Office, SAP, Agile, WMS) is highly preferred.
- Minimum high school degree/ Secondary Education or equivalent.
- Ability to lift material up to 50 lbs.
- Extensive walking and repetitive physical motion (squatting, bending, lifting, climbing ladders) is required.
- Must continuously exhibit and showcase CCEE (Character, Capacity, Energy, and Experience)
- Excellent verbal, written skills, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to meet deadlines and work well under pressure.
- Ability to work independently as well jointly with in Team Function.
