Compensation: $75-95/ hourJob Description: Lead Developer (Mobile Apps) and this person will work out of our Schaumburg, IL HQ in a hybrid schedule.This role will be filled at either the Sr Developer or Lead Developer level. The hiring manager will determine the appropriate level based upon the selected applicant’s experience and skill set relative to the qualifications listed for this position.As a Senior and Lead Developer, your main responsibilities will involve:
- .NET Application development using software best practices.
- Ability to deliver results using .NET framework and C# for building scalable applications.
- Frameworks for cross-platform mobile development
- Your responsibilities will involve: the full SDLC - design, build, testing and release of working software. You will contribute to a continuous improvement environment, review code of team members, mentor and train junior developers, assist in adherence to development standards, guidelines and best practices agreed by the team.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
- Analyze the customer needs and design, document, test, and develop software as required to satisfy the functional and non-requirements.
- Provide technical expertise on aspects of the organization´s IT infrastructure / software applications / architecture / hardware to internal customers, advise them of appropriate actions to fulfill procedural and regulatory requirements or solve immediate problems.

- Completes agreed work within established estimates and communicates status and issues promptly.

- Bachelors Degree and 5 or more years of experience in the Software Programming Applications area OR
- High School Diploma or Equivalent and 8 or more years of experience in the Software Programming Applications area OR
- *** Certified Insurance Apprentice including an Associate Degree and 5 or more years of experience in the Software Programming Applications area AND
- Experience assisting with design, coding benchmark testing, debugging and documentation of programs
- Experience working with multiple phases of software systems programming applications
- Experience working with multiple programming languages
- BS/MS degree in Computer Science, Engineering or a related subject.
- Proven working experience in software & mobile development (more than 4 years).
- Strong knowledge on C# and .NET Platform.
- Strong mobile app development experience primarily with Flutter
- .NET WebAPI Framework for maintaining and implementing RESTful applications.
- Hands-on experience with Azure App Services and Azure Service Bus.
- DevOps activities (build, deploy and release management) with VSTS.
- Strong in Relational Databases, LINQ and ORM Tools (Entity Framework).
- Solid foundation in enterprise application fundamentals such as data structures and object-oriented design is critical.
- SOA (Service Oriented Architecture) and RESTful API Design Applications.
- Proven experience developing multi-layer software solutions using cloud patterns and API Management solutions.
- Bachelors Degree in Business Administration or Information Technology or Marketing in the area AND
- 7 or more years of software product management or product development experience.
- 5 or more years of experience in software development defining desktop and web based applications
- Experience with Microsoft Office, Microsoft Project and Visio OR
- High School Diploma or equivalent and 9 years of experience in software product management or product development area OR
