The Maintenance Technician is responsible for performing highly diversified duties to install, troubleshoot, repair and maintain facility equipment according to safety and productive maintenance systems and processes. The ideal applicant is able to effectively organize and prioritize tasks whether they are preventative/scheduled or emergency in nature.Roles & Responsibilities:
  • HVAC equipment upkeep and repairs including chillers, boilers, RTUs and building automation
  • Air compressor and industrial air dryer upkeep and maintenance
  • Overhead crane maintenance and troubleshooting
  • 120/208v and 277v-480v electrical equipment repairs and installation
  • Perform a variety of light carpentry functions
  • Properly complete service documentation
  • Other general facilities maintenance tasks including snow removal, plumbing, office furniture repairs, basic office remodeling, etc.
Education & Experience Requirements:
  • High school diploma/GED minimum
  • Associate’s Degree or Certificate in Industrial or Building Maintenance preferred
  • 3 - 5 years of manufacturing maintenance experience
  • Strong commercial/industrial Plumbing knowledge preferred
  • Extensive knowledge of HVAC equipment systems
  • Electrical or Mechanical Journeyman’s License preferred.

  • Willing to be on call 1x a month
  • Willing to work weekends and overtime as needed
