We provide full paid training and national certification.About the RoleAs a Customer Care Specialist, you’ll work closely with patients undergoing Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation (TMS) treatment — a non-invasive, FDA-approved therapy for depression and other mental health conditions. You’ll be a calming, consistent presence throughout their care experience.Key Responsibilities:
Deliver one-on-one support during patient treatment sessions
Operate and monitor TMS equipment (training provided)
Encourage patients using positive tools like journaling, goal-setting, and mindfulness
Maintain accurate session records and communicate with medical staff
Create a warm, supportive environment for every patient
