- Drive awareness of our CS narrative through thought leadership, marketing resources & sales enablement collateral via digital content planning and development including executive presentations, tear sheets, case studies, videos, graphics, events, social media, web content and more for internal and external stakeholders.
- Leverage Visa’s existing brand assets to create content to communicate ideas that inspire, inform, and captivate target audiences.
- Ability to think strategically and identify key messages to drive clarity on what is changing, who it affects, and what’s in it for the audience across various channels and in a holistic and digestible story.
- Work with broader Client Services stakeholders to define and develop content and digital assets that support our business strategies and key performance indicators.
- Manage a global editorial calendar and work with key subject matter experts to develop and execute content ideas.
- Monitor progress and evaluate success using a data-driven approach, while continually improving processes to increase efficiency and impact.
- Stay informed of best practices in communication, change management and the platforms we use to bring innovative ideas to the organization and improve user experience.
- 8 or more years of relevant work experience with a Bachelor Degree or at least 5 years of experience with an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD) or 2 years of work experience with a PhD
- 9 or more years of relevant work experience with a Bachelor Degree or 7 or more relevant years of experience with an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD) or 3 or more years of experience with a PhD
- Prior experience in communications or change management role with a track record of developing and communicating a strategy, building relationships across teams and influence key stakeholders to achieve business goals.
- Proven ability to develop and execute effective communication strategies with demonstrated critical thinking and ability to operationalize strategy.
- Strong writing and visual design skills, with a digital-first approach.
- Superb graphic design experience including PowerPoint slide design and animation skills.
- Experience with content marketing, program management, and measurement.
- Ability to work independently with limited oversight, and as part of a team with a collaborative mindset and desire to provide your perspective.
- Proficiency in using technology and generative AI to enhance work processes.•Hands-on team player with strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to pivot quickly based on latest developments with a high level of accuracy. You resourcefully overcome unexpected roadblocks and carry a strong sense of accountability, operating with sound judgment and high standards.
- Experience in financial services, technology, customer service, and/or change management (i.e. Prosci).
- Stellar written and verbal communication skills, including interpersonal and presentation skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a matrixed environment and with blurry boundaries regarding roles and responsibilities.
- Strength in distilling what matters from what doesn’t to create impactful artifacts. Keen attention to detail, polish and presentation.
