This position offers competitive compensation, including a salary ranging from $100,000 to $140,000, along with a comprehensive benefits package that includes medical insurance, 401K, stock options, and more.**PreConstruction Manager Responsibilities:**- Lead the pre-construction process and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure successful project planning and execution.
- Conduct thorough analysis of construction drawings, specifications, and project scope to accurately estimate project costs.
- Prepare comprehensive project budgets, including material and labor costs, subcontractor bids, and other project-related expenses.
- Provide guidance and support to the project team during the bidding process, including subcontractor selection and negotiation.
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other professionals to develop value engineering options and optimize project costs.
- Participate in project meetings to ensure alignment with client expectations and provide recommendations for cost-effective solutions.
- Continuously monitor industry trends, market conditions, and material costs to stay up-to-date with current market prices.
- Maintain strong relationships with clients, vendors, and subcontractors to facilitate successful project execution.**PreConstruction Manager Essential Job Functions:**- Utilize your 5+ years of experience in commercial construction estimating to accurately assess project costs.
