- Support the Store Manager in analyzing reports and making business-driven decisions
- Drive awareness of goals and celebrate wins with the team to build motivation
- Own product launches, floor sets, and in-the-moment adjustments to meet business needs
- Provide ongoing training, coaching, and feedback to associates in real time
- Support onboarding of new hires and help reinforce a strong service culture
- Foster a collaborative and inclusive team dynamic on and off the floor
- Assist in managing the weekly schedule and payroll efficiency
- Step into leadership responsibilities when the Store Manager is off the floor
- Lead by example and deliver outstanding customer interactions
- Coach associates on bra fitting, product knowledge, and add-on selling
- Ensure every fitting room experience is personalized, welcoming, and conversion-focused
- Take initiative to resolve customer issues with professionalism and care
- Uphold Adore Me's brand values and service standards at all times
- Help maintain stockroom organization, inventory flow, and back-of-house efficiency
- Support shipment processing and product placement strategies
- Monitor store visuals, cleanliness, and merchandising compliance
- Ensure all policies, safety protocols, and operational procedures are consistently followed
- 2+ years of retail leadership experience, ideally in a fast-paced fashion or lifestyle brand
- Strong communication and coaching skills with a people-first mindset
- Passion for delivering exceptional service and driving results
- Comfortable working with store reports, KPIs, and sales tools
- Flexible availability including weekends and holidays
- Tech-savvy: confident with mobile devices, POS systems, and scheduling tools
- Proactive, solution-oriented, and eager to grow within the brand
