- Lead the preparation and coordination of annual budgets/quarterly forecasts with finance team and departmental executives that drive the P&L, Balance Sheet and Cash Flow
- Maintain short-term financial models, ensuring linkage between operational and financial metrics and alignment between short-term operational and long-term investment models
- Analyze financial and operational activities to provide decision support that drives ongoing growth and OEBITDA margin expansion
- Review actual monthly revenue and expense results with variance explanations to provide decision support and recommendations for further actions where appropriate
- Provide support to the investor relations team on quarterly public results along with explanations where actual results diverge from expectations and suggested communications including public guidance
- Coordinate the completion of the month-end financial reporting packages and preparing regular and ad hoc presentations for Executive Management and the Board of Directors.
- Support continuous improvement in metrics, processes, and tools that drive more efficient reporting and planning and more effective analysis
- Ad hoc analysis as required including business case proposals
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting/Finance or related field
- 8+ years of relevant experience in Financial Planning and Analysis
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to clearly convey products, deliverables, analyses, and/or issues to groups outside of your team or those who are unfamiliar with the topic
- Have confidence and be able to easily build relationships with leadership and colleagues outside of your team
- Possess an analytical mindset, with the ability to understand a situation or problem and think critically to make decisions and come up with out-of-the-box solutions
- Be proactive in providing feedback and be enthusiastic in sharing your knowledge with others
- Capable of prioritizing your own tasks and potentially the tasks of others while making sure deadlines are met
- Be active in seeking out ways to continuously improve yourself and gain new knowledge
- Have the ability to lead positive change in tools and processes across functions
- Be able to influence positive financial performance
- Expert level Excel skills (Pivot tables, macros, lookups)
- Proficiency in other MS Office Applications (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams)
- CFA or CMA certification and/or MBA Degree
- Familiarity with Enterprise Performance Management tools preferred (OneStream, Workday/Adaptive Planning, Hyperion, TM1)
