- Lead Installation: You will serve as the lead installer for our 5 core services, working with other team members and subcontractors to ensure all installations are completed to our high standards.
- On-Site Coordination: As you grow, you will take on more responsibility for managing the day-to-day work on-site, including preparing for installations, managing material deliveries, and coordinating with subcontractors.
- Customer Communication: You will become a key point of contact for our customers, providing clear and proactive updates on project timelines and progress.
- Quality Control: You will be responsible for ensuring every detail is perfect, from installation to the final project punch list.
- Learn and Grow: You will be mentored directly by the business owner, learning the ins and outs of project management, from creating schedules and managing budgets to streamlining operations.
- Craftsmanship: Experience with carpentry, cabinet installation, or general remodeling. You must be skilled with power tools and have a keen eye for detail.
- Communication: A friendly, professional demeanor with excellent communication skills. You must be comfortable interacting with customers, subcontractors, and team members.
- Problem-Solving: The ability to think on your feet, adapt to challenges, and find solutions with a positive attitude.
