- Perform electrical and mechanical maintenance and repairs on various equipment, ensuring all work is done safely and efficiently.
- Conduct routine maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs on various equipment, including motors, pumps, compressors, and water treatment units.
- Diagnose mechanical issues, troubleshoot, and provide effective solutions to ensure optimal equipment performance.
- Expertise in working with medium to low voltage systems (480 volts or less), including 3-phase terminations for moving pumps and panel terminations.
- Conduct regular troubleshooting and diagnostics to identify and resolve electrical issues.
- Rebuild, maintain, and install pumps and related machinery, ensuring optimal performance and reliability.
- Work closely with a team of 3 technicians, collaborating on various maintenance and repair projects.
- Adhere to all safety guidelines and procedures, contributing to a safe working environment for all team members.
- Be available on call during work periods to address and resolve any emergent issues promptly.
- Proven experience as an I&E Technician, Electrician, Maintenance Mechanic, or similar role, with a strong focus on electrical work.
- Comprehensive knowledge of medium to low voltage electrical systems and equipment.
- Familiarity with 3-phase electrical systems and ability to perform terminations for moving pumps and panels.
- Mechanical maintenance skills, with a willingness to learn and expand knowledge in this area.
- Experience with pump rebuilds and installations is highly desirable.
- Ability to troubleshoot and diagnose electrical and mechanical issues efficiently.
- Excellent teamwork skills and the ability to work well under pressure.
- Commitment to adhering to all safety standards and procedures.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification or training in electrical or mechanical maintenance is a plus.
