We're currently hiring a Service BDC / Rental Coordinator to join our dynamic team.In this role, you'll provide vital support to our Service Department and Rental operations, helping ensure an exceptional customer experience from the first call to the final handshake. If you're detail-oriented, organized, and love working with people, this could be the perfect fit!Service BDC / Rental Coordinator Responsibilities:
  • Answer inbound service calls and assist customers with scheduling appointments.
  • Make outbound follow-up calls for appointment reminders, missed appointments, and service check-ins.
  • Help manage online inquiries, chats, and leads, ensuring timely follow-up.
  • Work closely with the Service Advisors and BDC team to support daily appointment goals.
  • Assist customers with rental vehicle requests during service visits.
  • Prepare and process rental agreements in accordance with company policies.
  • Coordinate rental car availability and communicate clearly with customers about pickup and return details.
  • Ensure rental vehicles are clean, fueled, and ready for customer use.
  • Track rental fleet inventory and assist with basic vehicle inspections.
  • Maintain a professional, friendly, and customer-focused attitude at all times.

QualificationsBDC Assistant Manager / Rental Coordinator Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent; some college or related coursework is a plus
  • 1+ year of customer service or call center experience (automotive or service BDC experience a plus)
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Comfortable handling a high volume of phone calls and emails professionally
  • Basic computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office and/or CRM tools
  • Ability to multitask and stay focused in a fast-paced environment
