- Analyze technical information, develop training programs, write, edit, and produce materials for technical instruction.
- Develop and administer technical examinations
- Provide technical support and guidance to Aircraft Maintenance Technicians
- Conduct and format aircraft systems classroom training, Human Factors Training, Customer Specific Training and Flightcheck new hire Indoctrination Training
- Develop and update training materials
- Review technical data and manual revisions to stay current with customer regulatory standards
- Provide and maintain technician qualifications to meet customer standards for airworthiness authorizations
- Must have Associate's degree or equivalent and FAA A&P License
- Must have extensive technical knowledge of aircraft systems, maintenance operations, and applicable FAA, EASA, CAA and other international regulatory standards
- Strong interpersonal communication skills
- Extensive use of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint…) and Adobe Acrobat DC Pro
- Five or more years of large jet transport aircraft maintenance background with certifications on any combination of the following: B737NG/MAX, B747-400/-8, B757, B767, B777, B787, A320 Family, A220, A350
- Formal aircraft maintenance instruction experience Preferred
- Must possess a valid US driver’s license
- Must pass a background check
- Must complete a pre-placement drug screen and be subject to random testing in accordance with FAA guidelines
- Must be able to clear a criminal history check to obtain and retain credentials necessary for access to US airports AOA secure areas and US Customs and Boarder Protection secure areas.
- Must be open to occasional travel, based on business needs.
