  • Operating and maintaining aluminum melting furnaces for die casting.
  • Managing furnace temperatures, and loading furnaces with aluminum ingot and scrap.
  • Ensuring delivery of aluminum in the required amounts to die casting machines seamlessly.
  • In collaboration with team members, maintaining furnace integrity and performing inspections and repairs.
  • Setting up and adjusting die casting equipment, including ladles, auto-sprays, and presses.
  • Upholding stringent safety standards while managing ladle filling, driving lift trucks, and handling molten metal.
Your Profile:
  • High School Diploma or equivalent; Technical diploma preferred.
  • A minimum of 1 year of forklift operation experience plus licensing.
  • Proficiency with heat-intense environments, noise protection, and handling physical workload requirements.
  • Expertise in die casting and foundry procedures is an advantage.
