If you're looking for career growth and steady work in a fast-paced setting, this is your opportunity!Key Responsibilities:Operate and monitor injection molding machines and settingsPerform tool changes using Rapid Tool Change (RTC) methodsComplete mold cleanings, shutdowns, and restarts as requiredTroubleshoot and repair molding equipment when issues ariseInspect production output and ensure yield exceeds 95%Document process changes and collaborate with quality teamsGenerate and process work orders for equipment maintenanceAssist with training of new or less experienced team membersMaintain a clean, organized, and safe work area at all timesRequirements:Prior experience in injection molding or manufacturing preferredStrong mechanical aptitude and comfort using toolsAbility to follow detailed instructions and solve problems independentlyHigh attention to detail and commitment to safetyGood communication and teamwork skillsComfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environmentWillingness to learn and support process improvementsPay rate: $17–$35/hr Based on experience
