This person must be proficient in both Jira Align Administration as well as a Scaled Agile Framework coaching. They will educate and mentor organizational leaders and their teams to instill a scaled, successful enterprise-wide adoption of Agile methodologies and practices including Scrum, Kanban and Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) utilizing Jira Align. This person will provide strategic advice and guidance to functional team(s). They are highly skilled with broad, advanced technical experience in Jira Align with a proven track record of large-scale Jira Align Implementation.Required Skills
- Bachelors degree
- 3+ years of Agile coaching experience.
- At least 2+ years of Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) experience as a coach with experience implementing Lean Portfolio Management Practices.
- 2+ years administering Jira Align for SAFe teams and portfolios. (Not only as the end user, but as the Jira Align admin).
- Strong knowledge of administering Jira Align.
- Detailed understanding of how to configure, administer and support Jira Align and Microsoft Azure DevOps.
- Experience gathering requirements and configuring Jira Align for Lean Portfolios with multiple SAFe ARTs.
- Strong experience and understanding of setting up Portfolios and Agile Release Rrains (ARTs) in Jira Align using Scaled agile framework (SAFe) best practices.
