Processes routing orders under the direction of the Manager Order Entry or senior analysts. Notifies senior order analyst of discrepancies or issues on sales order. Contacts appropriate personnel as directed.
Directs questions regarding specification terms to senior order processor analyst or other internal department personnel as instructed.
Assists senior order processor analyst with the preparation of internal documents to forward orders to affected departments.
Other Duties: Other duties as assignedInternal Contacts: Contacts involve the receiving and preliminary settlement of communications of a limited or non-controversial nature.External Contacts: Contacts required as a regular part of daily duties involving work of non-controversial nature.Education Required: High School Diploma plus 1 year trainingExperience Required: 1 years to less than 5 yearsPhysical Skill and Effort: Work requires moderate speed and accuracy operating office equipment.Working Conditions and Hazards: Normal plant, shop, field or office conditions.
