- Lead Generation: Identify and target healthcare prospects via cold calls, research, and strategic outreach.
- High-Volume Outreach: Make daily outbound calls to uncover pain points and communicate solution value.
- Pipeline Management: Build trust and guide prospects through the sales funnel with consistent follow-ups.
- Product Presentations: Deliver tailored demos that address client-specific compliance and safety needs.
- CRM Mastery: Track all activity in Salesforce and HubSpot with precision.
- Deal Closing: Overcome objections, tailor solutions, and close deals confidently.
- Upsell & Cross-Sell: Expand existing accounts with additional modules and services.
- Market Awareness: Stay informed on industry trends and competitor offerings.
- Team Collaboration: Partner with marketing, onboarding, and customer success teams to ensure smooth client experiences.
- Experience: 2+ years of successful B2B outbound or inside sales experience.
- Performance: Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Industry Knowledge: Experience selling to healthcare providers or multi-location organizations (preferred).
- Communication Skills: Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation abilities.
- Mindset: Proactive, self-motivated, and goal-driven with a hunter mentality.
- Tech Proficiency: Skilled in Salesforce, HubSpot, Microsoft Office, and digital sales tools.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred but not required with strong experience).
- On-Target Earnings (OTE): $75,000 – $100,000+ annually
