- Champions and enhances organizational initiatives by positively influencing and supporting change management and/or departmental/enterprise initiatives within assigned area(s) of responsibility.
- Serves as a resource to team members and applicable internal/external stakeholders on more complex assignments/projects for their assigned area(s) of responsibility in addition to routine reporting.
- Identifies and recommends process improvements that significantly reduce workloads or improve quality for their assigned area(s) of responsibility.
- Consults/Analyze on more complex assignments and/or projects for their assigned area(s) of responsibility.
- Performs duties in compliance with all state and federal regulations and guidelines. Complies with all company and site policies and procedures.

- Performs other duties as required.
- Ability to manipulate and extract data/trend analysis from large and complex data sets (excel, access, etc.)
- Use core analytical tools, both internal and external (e.g., Morningstar, Dataiku), that are used by the Funds Management teams.
- Help design and maintain portfolio analytics, risk reports, performance attribution, proformas, etc. for the investment backing Lincoln’s separate account products.
- Interest in and ability to utilize AI tools to automate workflows, analyze large datasets, and provide key insights (preferred).
- Demonstrated strong relationship management skills with internal clients (e.g., management, peers, and colleagues); proven ability to develop collaborative approaches.
- Establish and maintain working relationships with key contacts across fund partner organizations.
- Direct and enhance organizational initiatives by positively influencing and supporting change management and/or departmental/enterprise initiatives within the Funds Management Team.
- 4 Year/bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) (Minimum Required)
- 3-5 years experience in mutual funds and experience in manager/fund research and risk analytical tools (e.g., Morningstar, Lipper, FactSet, eVestment, Barra, Aladdin, or other similar tools).
- Expertise in Microsoft Office suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook) with ability to illustrate complicated information succinctly in slides and charts for the benefit of senior management.
- Demonstrated strength in written and oral communication. Ability to communicate investment concepts to a variety of audiences.
- Demonstrates strong project management skills including, critical ability to coordinate and balance multiple projects in a time-sensitive environment, under pressure, and meeting deadlines.
- Ability to solve problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists.
- A demonstrated record of consistently meeting and/or exceeding performance expectations. Work hard and strive for excellence.
