- Assists in expediting the daily workflow of the shipping and receiving team.
- Navigates facilities designated inventory aisles in a safe and efficient manner to ensure an optimized picking schedule.
- Item processing, including but not limited to unboxing, tapping, labeling, packaging, and palletizing as needed.
- Receives instructions directly from the warehouse supervisor in regard to coordinating the movement of picked product products, in processing goods or completing shipments.
- Administers strategies meant to optimize organizational inventory levels.
- Uses working knowledge of the field's policies, procedures, and practices.
- General warehouse maintenance to maintain a clean working area and facilities.
- Restoration of product returns, ensuring the product has been cleaned, tested, re-packaged, and sorted according to company policy.
- Assists in inventory duties such as cycle counting and others when needed.
- Inbound container receiving which involves unloading the containers we receive through the lumping method and palletizing them according to company policy.

- Assist all aspects of Shipping, Receiving and Inventory.
- Delegates daily tasks to associates in the shipping (FBA) and receiving department as well as the inventory department.
- Ensure day-to-day tasks are completed accurately and in a timely manner.
- Assists in expediting the daily workflow of the FBA/Inventory team.
- Navigates alongside warehouse supervisor, as needed, for management development.
- Trains employees, monitors their performance and addresses any issues or training needs.
- Monitor warehouse equipment and supplies and order new items when necessary.
- Emphasize the weekly and daily goals needed to be completed to your team.
- Communicate clearly and efficiently with other departments using the Lark communication system and radio systems.
- Requires full working knowledge of relevant business practices and procedures in the professional field.
- Uses standard theories, principles, and concepts and integrates them to propose a course of action.
- Provides direct or indirect supervision to a process, assigning tasks and checking work at frequent intervals.
- Judgment is required in resolving all day-to-day problems.
- 3-5+ years of related experience required.
- Applicable industry/professional certification preferred, but not required.
- Regular and predictable attendance.
- Ability to work overtime.
- Experience in Machine Operating Equipment such as (Reach Trucks, Order Pickers, forklifts, ETC.)
