- Experience working within an Information Technology (IT) environment
- Experience with Agile development processes like epics, stories, sprints, increments, scrums, kanban, retrospectives, refinements, etc.
- Experience with Agile management and collaboration tools such as JIRA, Confluence, etc.
- Experience scripting with Python, BASH, SQL or JS
- Experience with automation tools like Ansible and Terraform
- Experience with pipeline configuration management tools like Gitlab
- Experience applying Information Assurance standards, policies, and processes into solutions including the implementation of secure coding standards
- Experience integrating AI technology into everyday use
- Experience with Windows and/or Linux environments and the ability to build, configure, and maintain servers
- Experience with VMware and/or other virtualization technology administrative functions and tasks
- Experience with ServiceNow for ITSM
- Experience with AWS and/or Azure IT service development and maintenance
- Experience with private cloud on-premises IT service development and maintenance
- Experience with CI/CD Pipeline development (stage, build, test, deploy)
- Experience working in a virtual organization
- Recognized certification (Developer/ Engineer, CompTIA +, CCSK or others)
- Experience working with and manipulating data within file systems
- Technical experience with capturing requirements, system design, implementation, and test
- Experience with package management tools, (rpm, yum, apt get, homebrew, chocolatey)
- Experience with operations of a large and distributed IT environment
- Experience in multiple modern high-level programming languages like C++, C#, JavaScript, TypeScript, Java, Ruby, Objective-C
