ITI Engineering is looking for an experienced logistics and sustainment professional to join our hardware sustainment team.The Senior Logistics and Sustainment Analyst will support the execution of end-to-end sustainment and logistics operations across IT hardware programs, with a primary focus on supporting fielded systems under government programs.Key Responsibilities:
  • Leverage advanced technical knowledge of hardware sustainment to interface with the internal engineering team, suppliers and customers. Develop and manage spare part strategies using field data, hardware failure trends, and contractual turnaround time requirements.
  • Forecast part demands to support program needs and maintain availability of critical components.
  • Compile and analyze reliability data (MTBF, MTTR, failure trends) and support corrective actions.
  • Coordinate with internal teams and vendors to maintain license and entitlement records and ensure renewal timelines are met.
  • Contribute to DMS risk mitigation by gathering data, monitoring component status, and coordinating with cross-functional teams on redesign or procurement actions.
  • Ensure accurate government reporting and compliance with DoD and federal regulations.
  • Communicate with government clients on sustainment performance and readiness metrics.
  • Support logistics planning and proposal development, including sustainment strategies and repair processes.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in supply chain, information technology, engineering, or a related field (master's preferred).
  • Minimum of 8 years of experience in logistics and sustainment analysis, supply chain, or sustainment roles with direct support to IT hardware programs.
  • Experience supporting lifecycle sustainment as a prime contractor on defense/government programs.
  • Solid understanding of IT hardware support-servers, storage, networking, and peripherals.
  • Experience with failure tracking systems, ERP platforms, and inventory tools.
  • Proficient in maintaining and troubleshooting IT infrastructure.
