DUTIES* Respond promptly to phone calls, emails, and online inquiries from donors, sponsors, and the public.* Provide accurate information about our programs, events, and conservation initiatives.* Assist with donor account updates, membership renewals, and contribution processing.* Maintain detailed records of supporter interactions in our CRM database.* Collaborate with program, fundraising, and communications teams to resolve supporter concerns and requests.* Share relevant updates, success stories, and opportunities for involvement with our supporters.* Represent the organization in a positive and professional manner at all times.
REQUIREMENTS* Strong written and verbal communication skills.* Excellent interpersonal skills with a compassionate and patient approach.* Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with CRM or donor management systems.* Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights.* A proactive approach to problem-solving with strong attention to detail.
