We are seeking a passionate and detail-oriented Client Support Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for donors, sponsors, partners, and the general public. You will provide exceptional service, respond to inquiries, and ensure that supporters feel informed, valued, and connected to our mission of protecting endangered wildlife.
DUTIES* Respond promptly to phone calls, emails, and online inquiries from donors, sponsors, and the public.* Provide accurate information about our programs, events, and conservation initiatives.* Assist with donor account updates, membership renewals, and contribution processing.* Maintain detailed records of supporter interactions in our CRM database.* Collaborate with program, fundraising, and communications teams to resolve supporter concerns and requests.* Share relevant updates, success stories, and opportunities for involvement with our supporters.* Represent the organization in a positive and professional manner at all times.
REQUIREMENTS* Strong written and verbal communication skills.* Excellent interpersonal skills with a compassionate and patient approach.* Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with CRM or donor management systems.* Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights.* A proactive approach to problem-solving with strong attention to detail.
