- Provides system administration and functional support to include managing activities, granting access and modifying user permissions, assigning activities, and running or scheduling reports
- Provides learning management system administration and support for the Maintenance team from the delivery of courseware to the deployment of learning modules through Articulate Storyline
- Manages LMS related trouble tickets from the Help Desk application; also, answer LMS related inquiries that come via a shared Outlook mailbox
- Facilitates knowledge transfer sessions to ensure administrators and coordinators are familiar with and comfortable using the system
- Promotes and encourages use of best practices and standard operating procedures by departmental training teams
- Develops and maintains standard operating procedures and best practices for leveraging learning management system and other learning technologies
- Responsible for the Company's Security and Safety Management System (SMS) and associated Safety Risk Management and Safety Assurance outputs
- Performs other duties as assigned
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- At least 2-5 years of experience in an office environment
- Ability to speak/read/write in English
- If hired, must be able to demonstrate that you are authorized to work in the US
- Associates Degree
- Proficient computer skills with Microsoft Office programs along with knowledge of Sum Total Learn, Adobe Captivate, and other eLearning software
- Aviation field experience
