- Schedule: Sunday - Thursday
- Location: Castle Rock, CO (On-site)
- Compensation: $85,000 - $95,000 annually dependent on credentials and experience.

- Review and sign off on clinician documentation in the EMR to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance with organizational and regulatory standards.
- Provide feedback and redirection to clinicians on documentation as needed to support quality assurance.
- Provide individual and/or group supervision to primary therapists.
- Assist primary therapists with case management and clinical interventions as needed.
- Offer ongoing clinical guidance and mentorship to support therapist development.
- Observe therapeutic groups and provide feedback to enhance clinical effectiveness.
- Contribute to the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of clinical services and treatment models.
- Participate in staff training and development initiatives.
- Maintain a small caseload of clients, providing individual, group, or family therapy as needed.
- Ensure high standards of clinical care in direct service delivery.
- Master’s degree in social work or a related human services major.
- An active LPC, LMFT, LAC, or LCSW in State of Colorado.
- Minimum of 2 years of management experience.
- 1 or more years of clinical experience in the field of substance-use-disorder or mental health treatment.
- Adherence to the Healthcare Code of Ethics
- Familiarity with Joint Commission Standards.
- Knowledge of State and Federal confidentiality regulations.
- 3-5 years of clinical experience in the field of substance-use-disorder or mental health treatment.
