Description :Exciting Opportunity with Banyan Treatment Centers!We’re seeking a dedicated Clinical Supervisor to join our clinical team and help drive exceptional care in Castle Rock, CO. In this role, you will oversee daily clinical operations and manage our Therapists and Group Facilitators under the direction of the Clinical Director. Additionally, you will guide patients through therapeutic processes, ensuring the highest standards of patient care, regulatory compliance, and fostering the growth of a dynamic team. Your expertise will be instrumental in supporting life-changing outcomes for individuals overcoming addiction and mental health adversities.Position Details:
  • Reports to: Executive Clinical Director
  • Schedule: Sunday - Thursday
  • Location: Castle Rock, CO (On-site)
  • Compensation: $85,000 - $95,000 annually dependent on credentials and experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Review and sign off on clinician documentation in the EMR to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance with organizational and regulatory standards.
  • Provide feedback and redirection to clinicians on documentation as needed to support quality assurance.
  • Provide individual and/or group supervision to primary therapists.
  • Assist primary therapists with case management and clinical interventions as needed.
  • Offer ongoing clinical guidance and mentorship to support therapist development.
  • Observe therapeutic groups and provide feedback to enhance clinical effectiveness.
  • Contribute to the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of clinical services and treatment models.
  • Participate in staff training and development initiatives.
  • Maintain a small caseload of clients, providing individual, group, or family therapy as needed.
  • Ensure high standards of clinical care in direct service delivery.
Required Qualifications:
  • Master’s degree in social work or a related human services major.
  • An active LPC, LMFT, LAC, or LCSW in State of Colorado.
  • Minimum of 2 years of management experience.
  • 1 or more years of clinical experience in the field of substance-use-disorder or mental health treatment.
  • Adherence to the Healthcare Code of Ethics
  • Familiarity with Joint Commission Standards.
  • Knowledge of State and Federal confidentiality regulations.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • 3-5 years of clinical experience in the field of substance-use-disorder or mental health treatment.
